This listing is for the KIT and instructions to create a Glittering Firefly Brooch/Pendant of your own in the Ladybug Colorway!

A large, sparkly crystal peeks out from beneath filmy, iridescent wings, glowing with an inner light. Heavily embellished outer wings are wired for a 3-D look. A shiny rivoli and Crystaletts “eyes” help complete this whimsical piece. This firefly is convertible to both a brooch and pendant, with a couple options for permanence or more fluidity. The finished brooch with beadwork only measures about 2 inches long from head to bottom.

This is an advanced-level kit that assumes you can work Peyote Stitch, Brick Stitch Edging, and Bead Embroidery independently. This project focuses on creating a multipart bead embroidered piece, some parts incorporating a wired edge for 3-D effect; blending the individual pieces seamlessly to create a firefly. Use of Angelina Film and how to merge Crystaletts with a peyote stitch bezel are covered.
