14mm Czech Glass Rings/Cheerios in Light Emerald Green.
The color is called Light Emerald but, to me, they're more of a bright, medium holiday green.
These are smooth on the outside with a bit of texture on the very inside of the hole.
They are approximately 14mm by 4mm high.
The only hole they have is in the middle of the donut.
