You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Orders: Though I do my best to ship in a timely manner, and mark the customs forms properly so that they will sit in Customs for as little time as possible, there is little that I can do once the package is out of my hands, and has left U.S. territory. Sometimes Customs only takes a few days to process, but I've seen it take much longer, even months. I am not responsible for any delay due to Customs, or for any tax or duty that is involved.
Most of the time, my international customers choose to ship their packages via First Class service, which is the least expensive method, and it usually isn't a problem, but you should know that First Class package services have no guaranteed Tracking services, and it also means that your packages are not insured in any way. Basically, this means that, if you have ordered the item, and it gets lost or damaged in shipping, neither you, nor I have any way to get our money back for either the items, or for shipping costs. If you would like more complete Tracking, and insurance to recover your loss, please choose at least Priority Mail, which offers $100 in insurance and, if your order is worth more than that, you will need to add extra insurance during checkout to cover the extra costs. I apologize for the inconvenience, and the extra expense, but these are really the best ways to make sure that you can get your money back. I am not responsible for lost packages that have no guaranteed tracking, or insurance.
